Voting Question: Properties for rent in Minneapolis?

I'm a student at the University of Minnesota and my 4 friends and I want to rent a place for next semester. Does anyone know of some areas where the lease is 6 or 9 months and isn't too far from the U, or at least maybe a good reliable website to find something like that?
