I'm renting a this building for 2 years now. The past few months we had a break in into the garage that all the tenants share and all the cars were damaged and things stolen including my car. The landlord didn't do much about it. A week later same thing happened but this time more damage was done like smashed windows of everybody's car. We asked the landlord to put extra cameras because what they have there now isn't clear and they angled bad. You can't see the person damaging the cars at all. They have not done that at all. Few days. Ago it happens again, one of my neighbors cadillac was put on the ground because all the tires and rims were stolen. Again the camera are not showing anything. And when we complain, the landlord said it's one of bad things when you live in the city that you will encounter things like this. Mind you this is an underground closed parking. I honestly don't feel safe but I also like where I live. What are my rights as a tenant in Minnesota/ Minneapolis. Please help me if you know what I can to help this situation. Thank you...
